How do I return my MarketPlace order?

Marketplace items bought in store with the support of our teammates follow the same process as marketplace items purchased online.
All of the information below, including terms and conditions, applies.
Marketplace items are sold by third-party partners.
They cannot be returned to Decathlon stores.
All items have a 30-day return policy.
1. Standard Returns Criteria:
Unused, original packaging, under 20kg, and smaller than 61x46x46cm.
Registered Users: Log in to your account, view ""Purchases,"" and select ""Return Request.""
Guest Checkout: Use your order number and email to start a return online.
2. Large or Heavy Items (>20kg or >61cm) Do not post these back.
Contact our Marketplace CS team with your order number and seller name.
We will arrange a collection (weekdays only).
Items must be disassembled and boxed.
3. Faulty, Incorrect, or Over 30 Days
Contact our Marketplace CS team immediately.
We will coordinate with the seller to find a resolution.
Refunds Timeline: Up to 10 working days after the seller receives and inspects the item.
Delivery Fees: May not be refundable depending on the seller’s T&Cs.
Please note that collections will only be able to take place on working days, and that the seller may not be able to specify the exact time of collection.
The carrier will also require the item to be disassembled, boxed and packaged safely for collection.
Refunds will be processed by the seller upon reception of the item(s). [Seller's Terms and Conditions apply]
Refunds may not include reimbursing of delivery fees, depending on the seller and the reason for return.
Please note it could take up to 10 working days for the seller to receive, inspect and process a refund for the order.
