I haven't received my order confirmation email. Has my order gone through?

If you have placed your order and have not received a confirmation email yet, do not worry!
It can take up to 24 hours for an order to be confirmed as we use card authorisation and fraud screening to ensure safe and secure shopping.
Once all checks have been done you will receive your order confirmation via email.
If it has been 24 hours and you still have not received your confirmation email please contact our Customer Loyalty Team who will look into this for you.
