Why is my estimated delivery date so far away?

If your order confirmation email gives you a lead time of around 10 days or more, this means one or more items are being shipped from our overseas warehouse.
Unfortunately there's no way to expedite these orders or change the estimated delivery date once the order has been placed, even if the item in question is removed from the order.
If your order status is ‘In Preparation’, you can contact the Customer Loyalty Team who can cancel the order for you, they can advise on which item was holding up the order and you can place a new order without it.
