How long do I have to make a return?

For in-store purchases, you have 30 days for a refund or exchange with the receipt.

If you are a Decathlon Member and the in-store / online purchase appears on your Decathlon account, you will have 365 days to make a return.

Marketplace items are products sold and shipped directly by Decathlon Partners through our Decathlon UK website.

All marketplace items have a 30-day returns policy, the conditions of which vary between sellers.

These products are not available in our stores, and only through the Marketplace.

All Marketplace sellers now provide free returns, so this will be available for products sold by all sellers!
