How do I close my Decathlon account?

To close your account with us you will need to follow these simple steps:

Visiting our website and logging in to your Decathlon account.

After logging in to your account, please click on:

Manage my Decathlon account => Communications => Privacy => Delete my account.

Alternatively you can contact our Customer Loyalty Team who can help with this.

Please remember: Once you delete your personal data and Decathlon account, you will no longer be able to log in, and therefore we recommend that you download any invoices and account information you wish to keep before deleting your account
