Do you ship internationally?

We currently only deliver to mainland UK addresses. Please note that your delivery and billing addresses must both be in the UK however they do not need to be the same. We’re also currently unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man.

How do I track my order?

Click on ‘My Account’ in the top right corner. Click on ‘‘Purchases’ in the left hand menu. Click on ‘View Details’ under the order you wish to track. You will see your order tracking timeline which will let you know the status of your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be able to

I don’t see the ASDA option at checkout?

If you don't see the ASDA collection option, it's because your order is deemed too big to be delivered with them. They can only carry items under 25kg, and you also won't see the option if your item is too long. You'll need to select one of the available options for your order.
